I’ve been coming here for a long time. I like the women here. But this will be my last time. Every time I make an appointment, and every time I wait 20-30 minutes. They never honor appointments – it’s as if you didn’t have one when you show up. They just want to get people in, and they have zero respect for your time. Time to move on. There are so many other places.

Pedicure life saver. My mom used to have a really bad ingrown on her big toe from another salon nearby. She came to Ryan, and after he worked his magic for a couple of months. She is as good as new. We will never go to another salon. Ryan is the best!

First and last time going here. The quality is so poor. My gel manicure chipped 2 days after. If you get your nails done, you know that shouldn’t happen. I went back and they would only fix the nails that were chipped vs. redoing the whole manicure. That’s so cheap considering it cost $40 for the gel manicure.

The ladies who have done my nails are good at what they do, I have been coming regularly to this place for gel and acrylics but the last 3 times, I would come on time for my appointment and they would have no tech available, I’ve waited 30-45 min for service and one time they had to walk me to their sister salon so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. And the last time, I came in on time, got seated right away but again no tech was there to do my nails, they kept telling me someone is coming right away but after 45 min I walked out. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t see me on time? I even call 30 min before my appt to make sure they can see me on my scheduled time, they could have just told me to come in later and I would have gladly done that.

First time here. Got just what I wanted. Peaceful spot at 10am on Tuesday. Got mani pedi about $70. Included good massage hot stone. I get my nails buffed vs painted. Fingernails look good. Toes not so great. Just depends on the person doing them, how much they buff, etc. I could have asked for more.. Neck massage was unexpected bonus. The rest was The usual.

$55 for a lumpy nail polish job on a gel pedicure which she tried to correct with 5 coats. I left with crooked nails and cuticles barely trimmed. Many times, the technician filed too close to the skin, and burned me with a stone that was too hot during a half-hearted massage. Not worth the amateur work.

They were growing out with her nails and never lifted once. Only 2 nails came off on their own and that was at least 4 months in.
