Critical: QualityMy friend and I went on Saturday 12/11/21 to get a Mani/Pedi. We received gel manicures. On Monday, I had to go and have one finger redone. It’s now Friday and my right hand the nail polish is peeling. I thought gel is supposed to last two weeks. That’s what the young lady said who did my nails. My friend and I went on Saturday 12/11/21 to get a Mani/Pedi. We received gel manicures. On Monday, I had to go and have one finger redone. It’s now Friday and my right hand the nail polish is peeling. I thought gel is supposed to last two weeks. That’s what the young lady said who did my nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place is a hot mess the customer service is terrible i paid to get my eye lashes done one time and with in a week they were coming off I didn’t make a complaint because I thought maybe the girl who did them was just starting.. so I decided to go again a few weeks later just give them the benefit of the doubt but this my service was even worse by someone different at the same shop! This place is a hot mess the customer service is terrible i paid to get my eye lashes done one time and with in a week they were coming off I didn’t make a complaint because I thought maybe the girl who did them was just starting.. so I decided to go again a few weeks later just give them the benefit of the doubt but this my service was even worse by someone different at the same shop! Rose I think her name is. Does excellent work! Never got a mani only pedicures and eyebrows. Her shop however is NASTY. Roaches are there so don’t put your belongings on the floor. She really needs to hire somebody twice a month to clean the place at least sweep the floor! I even asked her why it’s so dirty and she says she worked late the night before. If you get your eyebrows done make sure she puts clean paper down. And make sure she cleans the place where your feet soak. I definitely do…but she does do good work

Didn’t put a gel coat on my fingers ask requested. The day I walked out of the shop finger nails. Looked great the next day after a shower and washed dishes my finger nails looked awful. I won’t be back

I got a 25$ gel acrylic and it wasn’t bad; the lady was patient but a little rough but my nails lasted a while. The elder gentleman did a fantastic French tip on the girl next to me.

All i want is my brows done i have somewhere to be! They sign say they open 9:30 its 9:40 10 mins later no one is still here to open! Me as well as another women as i type is currently still waiting! Its sad! Terrible , this shop is closest to my home but if u cant depend on them to open on time and come threw its sad ill go somewhere else! Need to change the time to 10 cause they are NEVER there on time!
