The staff was very friendly and my hair turned out pretty decent given the price (groupon). My only complaint is that the last time I went in i had to have a toner put into my hair as I have hard water in my house and it gives my hair a bronzy undertone. I had mentioned that it was tingling a lot more than it usually did and the stylist kept saying that it was normal. When she rinsed my hair she kept conditioning it over and over again. I do not have dry hair so i felt like that was strange. My head hurt leaving the salon and after my next shower I realized I had little scabs all over the top of my head. I probably should have told a different stylist when mine walked away that my head was burning but I assumed the stylist knew what she was talking about. I’m not upset that it happened, I’m sure everyones skin reacts to toner differently, I have had it put on several times before maybe it was a new brand. I just can’t believe she never told me so that I could put peroxide or something on it and know not to use products. I could have benefited from knowing what kind of toner you use so I know to inform other stylists in the future.
