My boyfriend goes here regularly. They do a great job on his hair and he loves it. But I often hear him complain about the customer service. They are extremely unprofessional! They scheduled him an appointment at 9 am and he waited in the parking lot for an hour because they were closed. He left and came back when they were open and they said he “missed his appointment” and couldn’t get him in. He kept going back even after this. Another time he made an appointment with a younger man, who had quit the job and they never took him off the booking list. My boyfriend went to his appointment, just to find out he had to wait as a walk in because they never contacted him to let him know the barber had left. Seems every time he goes there, he ends up having to wait an hour just to be seen!! If you’re going to own a business, make sure your customers are happy with not only the service, but the way you treat them. The haircuts are great, but the people need to learn how to handle things more professionally.

I am completely disappointed with this place. This was my first time doing business with them. I came all the way from Rockford Illinois for this appointment. Thanks to Fernando I will not return. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am and he never showed. After many phone calls to the shop. I finally got ahold of someone who was able to reach Fernando. We set a new time 11am the same day. He never showed nor did he have the courtesyle to call and say he’s not coming. We would still be waiting if I hadn’t ask the other barba to contact him. I’m very disappointed and his actions are very unprofessional.

AJ is truly a gifted barber. I drive an 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my haircut by him. I’ve tried many other barbers, but no one does as great of a job as AJ and for the price. Highly recommend going to his shop!

On the pricey side ($21) plus a tip vs $15 with a tip elsewhere. I don’t require much so I can’t justify the cost. But I will say a lady there did do a darn good job, even felt a little different than when I get my haircut (in a good way).

Its was dope, the barber’s are chill and the vibes there are poppin. They not only cut hair well, but they converse about real things and keep you entertained. Will go here over any other place in town and out of town for that matter.
