Positive: Professionalism, QualityNui was very professional and offered a very relaxing Swedish massage. The room was beautiful and the aromatherapy was perfect. If Lake Orion wasn’t so far I would make this my regular spa. She also offers warm bamboo and hot lava shell massages as well.

I received the Thai massage and it was great! She was too gentle in certain areas but overall she was really kind and gave extra attention at the end to break up knots that I had in my shoulder and back. I walked out of the massage feeling refreshed. I would recommend the Thai massage to someone that isn’t flexible or feeling stiff all over because this really helped you to stretch out.

Really bad massage experience. I got the Swedish massage. It was just lotion being lathered on and zero pressure or massage. Even though I expressed I had back pain, she spent 2 mins rubbing the back and then moved on to other parts of the body, mainly left palm weirdly. Not sure if she was tired or just does not enjoy giving massages but I left a very unhappy customer. Maybe the Thai massage is better based on the other reviews but I will not return or recommend.

I had the best experience at this massage facility! Nui is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what she can offer and what is best for you. I have had her hot bamboo massage, the lava shell massage and am coming back for the traditional thai massage trio. Can’t wait. Nui does not pressure you into buying anything…she just explains what is best for you and you are free to decide. Coming back for more!!

Fantastic Massage. She really asked me and made sure the target areas were address. Highly recommend a massage here! I know for some in a office building is odd but I been to many fantastic massage therapists that have places like this. Do not let it deter you!
