I really wanted to like this salon but the final product was just not it. The process was rushed and overall finish was uneven and bulky looking. Just not neat at all. I was charged $55 for this and I honestly feel it was an overcharge. I would not recommend this salon. Gel manicures

I really like the people who own this salon, however I can’t return due to how they handled my nails and my husbands pedicure. They did a horrible ugly job on my nails. I really just wanted a manicure but they insisted I get extensions. Was going on a cruise so I did it. Omg the ugliest ever. My husbands foot is bleeding from what they did. Won’t go back ever. Sorry . Don’t know how to post a picture or I would’ve.

Just dont. As much as I really wanted to like this place and not post a negative review I just can’t. I went in 2 weeks ago for a full set of SNS. The tech then starts pulling out the acrylic to put on my nails. As I tell him no I would like SNS he insist it is SNS. It looks, smells, and was applied just like acrylic. I noticed once I left the complete lack of any attention to my cuticles or actually shaping the nails. Within 1-2 days they were all lifted. I went back one week later to have them fixed. Another staff member cut out the lifted parts and filled in the tops with the same powder and brush. I was then charged for “fixing” the messup. Again, within a couple of days all were lifted. Two trips in one week and a waste of almost $100. I just went to a different salon to get a new set and was confirmed by this other place it was acrylic that was put on my nails, but yet I was charged for SNS. The lack of care and honesty is frustrating. Wouldn’t waste your time or money. All pictures were taken just a couple of days after getting the set done the first time.

I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years. I have never had one that lasted 15 minutes. I stopped her when she started putting lotion on my legs and said… were 5 minutes in…you can’t possibly be done with my feet. She informed me she only does what is needed and I got the basic $30 package. I waited longer than she took to do my entire pedicure. Very disappointed. She could have had a customer for SNS and pedicures for a long time. I will never go back. It looks like a 15minute pedicure as well.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you think about going here… please dont. Biggest waste of time and MONEY. I came here to get a nail design that I saw on Pinterest. I showed her the picture and she said “ok” that she could do it. However this lady did my nails lumpy and all of them were different shapes and sizes. It was not clean at all. I asked her to do the design and she did it horribly, I asked her to redo it and she said she couldn’t do it and pick another design. She could’ve told me that she couldn’t do the design instead of wasting all that time. I ended up leaving without polish on my nails at all, and she still charged me $60 just for the acrylic, I asked the other place and they said they would charge ONLY $35 for that. I ended up going to Royal nails salon by Publix. They fix my nails better than she could’ve done (plus she was way nicer). This ruined my day and I will NEVER be coming back here. Horrible experience. Owner did my daughter’s nails. Cut natural nails down to nail bed, when had SNS over natural nails THEN charged for a full set of nails. Very very rude. Pedicure upcharged on that and pretended not to understand English. And the best part, included her tip on receipt then pointed to including more tip. Shame on you !! Never ever go here !!!!!!!!!!!
