Appt was changed to a different day and stylist without asking me,very unprofessional in my opinion. I did not receive the color or cut I requested. I do not believe some of the younger stylist r well trained in color and cuts especially for women 55 and older. This Salon charges some of the highest fees around for poor service. I had to find a different salon to restyle and recolor my hair. I would not recommend this salon.

Today I had an appt for color and style. I picked Tracy’s because I was told they did extensions, which will come next. When I first went in I was a little worried with all the stylest being young and I in my 50’s, I would feel out of place. This was not the case at all. I LOVED it there. They were all very accommodating, friendly, professional and made me feel like I definitely made the right decision.

It’s been a couple years since my last review, so I’m going to update this one. Still the best place to go around! I’m never disappointed. They take customer service to a new level at this place. Also, if you haven’t seen the clothing and items they sell there, you need to check it out. The prices are amazing and the quality top notch.
