First time here….I called at 3pm to ask if they were taking walk-ins for pedicure and the receptionist said yes, I got there at 3:50 and by 4pm Kelly was starting my pedicure! I got option #3 and the foot massage was great! Friendly service and she took her time which was great because in the past at other salons they always rush! Will be coming back! 🙂

Positive: Quality, ValueI love it here! I’ve been to 5 other nails salons in SCV and I like Tracy’s the best!! The acrylics are not too thick or lumpy (which is my pet peeve)! They are perfect, and last so long!I got a girl before and I think her name was Becky? She was so precise when she shaped my nails that I could tell she is a perfectionist! I’m going there again this weekend. 🙂 p.s. one time I broke one of my nails on something on accident, and I went to get it repaired. First time to Tracy’s Nails & Spa and I am definitely going back! My gel manicure looks perfect! Diana took her time and made sure the gel was perfectly shaped, not bulky or uneven. Tan did a great job on my pedicure too! She took her time cleaning up neglected feet. She was very friendly and I really enjoyed my experience.

I moved to Santa Clarita one year ago. Since then I tried to find a nice nails spa salon and..finally I found one..Tracy’s …My first visit was a very good experience,Julie did my mani ,I was so happy, she is VERY good!My second visit wasn’t the same…(unfortunately Julie was fully booked and I changed the nail technician).after 3 days my gel started to peel off.I went back today and I explained them what happened.Kim did my mani again ,very professional and she was amazing!
