This was my first time visiting and I absolutely love my nails … we love our pedicures! Tracy made sure to pay attention to detail and she listened to my needs with my nails! The atmosphere was very welcoming!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE- the man who did my nails was extremely nice and was very sweet when we had conversation, it was a tad bit expensive but my nails look amazing so it was definitely worth the price, the lady who did my eyebrows was also super nice and called me “baby” which was much appreciated:)) Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityAt first I verified what I wanted, coffin tip pink and whites. Woman in charge convinced me of ombré pink and white. Using a hand display she shows me an ex. well then goes to call a man to start my nails. The man was almost done with the pink when I asked him what happened to the white tips and I told him what I asked for by the lady. After clearly arguing in their language he gets sloppy and clearly didn’t know what he was doing. The sign said $65 for pink and white, I got charged $75. I was there for so long due to their mistake that I just wanted to leave and paid to avoid drama I’m sure they would have made it I contest the price. These pictures show most but I did clean the edges up a bit before realizing this needed to be documented. I’ve been there before but will never ever go back! I have mixed feelings about it the guy that did my nails was very gentle, I didn’t have to wait at all he started working on my nails right away. I also liked that they have pedicure chairs for little kids, nobody else in town does now that know I might take my 5 year daughter. The price was good I liked how they charged me according to what their price chart said, other places, Top Nail or Lily’s, say one thing on the chart but when you get to the register they charge you a different price. I got a French tip acrylic nails, I didn’t give the 5 because I didn’t really like my nails, they feel lumpy ok the top, on lenth a couple are longer than the others and on one of my fingers you can actually see the the white tip of my real nail underneath . I might give them another chance and see if they wow me enough to give them the 5 stars.

I needed my nails done at the last minute….closing time for most be salons here in Roswell. One shop even turned me away before closing time. I called several places with no luck. Tracy’s Nails & Spa actually called me back and made time for me. EXCELLENT customer service and friendly staff!!! Free wifi and many salon sevices. Highly recommend.
