I had an appt with Snow @ 5:00 p.m. but when I got there she was busy with another customer, so she asked me to remove my nail polish & I did then she proceeded to start putting the acrylic on my nails then she let her husband Chip file & shape my nails. After that Chip removed the polish from my toes put the acrylic on my big toe then Snow gave him the two colors to put on my toes. By then she was finished with the other customer then Snow polished my nails & put the designs on them. Snow has been doing my nails for a long time. She does a wonderful job. I was out of Tracy’s by 6:45 p.m. Got home before dark.

Critical: ProfessionalismI just go my nails done and I love them I do . I was drying my nails and when I finished I walked over to my cousin . The lady who did my nails was very nice she told me when I was done to go over to her and pay her so I told her okay. I finished my nails but she was busy so I walked over to my cousin and I had my money in my hand showing I was ready to pay . Then the male that was doing her nails basically demanded me to go pay the lady who did my nails like I wasn’t going to pay at all . Was DISAPPOINTED today! Now i walked in FIRST than here comes another girl 20 minutes later and Snow the nail technicians just did her Now I still have my LICENSE COSMETOLOGIST OPERATOR LICENSE. As a professional you must go by appointments first. Now if you a walk in than whoever walkins FIRST. You as a PROFESSIONAL must get the customer who walks in first. THATS COMMON SENSE! That was very UNPROFESSIONAL for SNOW to do . I had several things that I had to do as well. I dont care if you do ok nails or not. You suppose to stay professional & do FIRST COME & FIRST SERVE. Not SECOND WALK IN over First WALK IN. Very very Very DISAPPOINTING So I kindly got up so nicely & smoothly than WALKED OUT & went to a much BETTER nail salon which did AMAZING WORK. #DoYouBooBoo #ABUCHEAS. Treat CUSTOMER’S RIGHT. I call before I can in I let them know I had black and wanted a refill with a 3D rose they said no problem I can do exactly like pic …ok thanks I came in the lady kept doing the rose all wonky I told her no I didn’t like it looks nothing like pic…. I ended up having to go to another nail salon to fix everything there’s a line and she kept saying I’d go away later never did…. worst place ever…. didn’t even clean around my nail almost all nails had bubbles then the other lady said well idk why it does that….. then she said she doesn’t know well how to do designs!!!!!
