My daughter is 3 1/2 non verbal low functioning autistic. The only thing she hates in life is her hair being brushed and her head being touched. She has severe sensory issues with it. My daughter has extremely long curly hair that has been hard to maintain and has gotten rats nests in it. After calling around, recommendations and others saying no to cutting her hair. Tracy’s said yes without question and booked us with Josh. All I asked of Josh was that it was still below her shoulders and the rats nests were cut out. I was nervous but I’m really easy going considering I know kids crying is a pain. But he was patient, worked through her being upset and managed to still do an incredible haircut. Considering how nervous I was and how easy he made it just by listening and being open made all the difference. I recommend Josh 1000000% and thank you again so so so so much!!!!!!

Made an appt. Drove 2.5 hours from meridian to be told there wasn’t time for the requested services. Was told there must have been a mixup somewhere in the schedule so I couldn’t get highlights. Wasted 5 total driving hours and a 50.00 tank of gasoline. Super unprofessional and disappointing. This was a girls day out woth my daughter.
