Went to this place because many people recommended it. My nail tech cut my cuticle and kept using products on me when there was blood. Then he never used any oil or lotion and left me under the dryer with my nails looking SO dry and left the salon without finishing. Will not be returning to this place, looks like I got my nails done at a childrens birthday party.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I have been coming here consistently since June and have not had a bad experience. My dip nails last 3-4 weeks (and I’m a PE teacher with 3 kids 2 and under). I’ve had every nail tech and they all do such an incredible job. They help me out when I have no idea what I want with my nails, and I always trust that they’ll make them beautiful. They never disappoint!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve gone here for almost 2 years getting dip nails done. This past time was a horrible experience. The color I picked did not match the color they were using and when I said something after my second nail being done they assured me it was the correct color. After completing my nails I showed them that in fact the color was incorrect and all they had to say was that I need to tell them next time… which I did. Not only was the color wrong, my nail are thick and the dip is uneven especially on the sides. The top coat has specks all in it causing my nails to be bumpy and they left all the power around my nails without even cleaning it off. I’m leaving for vacation so I didn’t have the time to sit for another hour and a half to get them fixed, but this is unacceptable. The only thing they did was give me half off and tell me I need to make sure the color is correct next time. I left in tears and told my friends to cancel their appointments after this experience. The color I picked did not match the color they were using and when I said something after my second nail being done they assured me it was the correct color. I was a regular for the past six months getting dip done here on my real nails till today! The nail tech did not file/buff/smooth out the dip after it was set, nails were ridged and bumpy.. shapes did not match evenly. I paid $45 for something that looked like a 10 year old did for $5. Did not realize how bad they looked till I was in better lighting, called for a refund and they refused. (Not to mention they hung up three times) Very bad customer service.

This is my go to place now for getting my nails done. It’s super clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. I always get the no chip on my toes and nails and my toes will last until I go back. My nails typically last a month. Highly recommend. Oh by the way Michelle is amazing!!

they started off good, then I noticed they started getting comfortable with my service & getting 20% tips, & their quality became poor. I don’t like how they think they can treat ppl of color with rushed service but take their sweet time on white ppl nails giving quality & efficient service. I will no longer be supporting these franchises or giving my money or time.
