Tracy said the wait was going to be 25 minutes but I waited an hour and a half. I just got simple white coffin nails and it looks horrible. It’s very crooked and 3 different people did my nails. Manicure, Acrylic nails, Dip powder

This is my final time giving Tracy’s a chance. Everyime I get my nails done here, they don’t even hold up a week. The nail techs purposely leave a gap at the bottom so you come back sooner. The Lines are never clean or straight. Also the nail techs buff your nails down so much that your nails become week and break. The GEL polish was bumpy meaning it was old and/or watered down. I asked for a simple squiggle design and they said they could do it, but completely butchered it. Whenever I asked for revision, they became upset to the point where I just said F it, paid and left. Here are my nails not even a week later. I work an office job, they shouldn’t be break at less than one week.

Did a great job with my wedding nails, was able to book an appointment a week out for gel pedicure and French tip gel manicure. Even though the place was super busy on a Friday morning they were still able to take me on time for the appointment. They did a great job and were quick/efficient, checking if I liked the length and quality of the French tip. Also nice to be able to use Venmo for payment.

As a retired old guy, I have a hard time taking care of my toenails due to arthritis. I found that I could get nice pedicures at nail salons for reasonable prices. I like to go here when in Capitola visiting friends. Very clean and observant of sterile protocols. Pedicure includes a very nice, thorough foot and leg massage with exfoliator and finishes with moisturizer. Sit in a massage chair during services. Feet feel heavenly after. Also do manicures and polishes.very nice, pleasant staff.

After hearing so many good things about Tracy’s I finally went and was excited, it was jam packed so I figured this place is going to be great. No, it was not great, my pedicure looks horrible, one coat of polish on my skin. Then when I paid Dolly, who did my pedicure stood there until I gave a tip, I gave her $3,she’s lucky I even tipped her, she then walked over to a coworker of hers and they both gleared at me. Sat in cold water for 20 min waiting for person to do my pedicure. They would not do dip on my toenails only fingernails ( which I have had done at all other salons). The massage was very soft and not worth the money. The lady was unfriendly. I will not be coming back.
