Biggest waste of money. I have never had such a bad mani/pedi job done. The nail tech was rushing through it even though we went in right when it opened and there weren’t that many customers. Paint job was sloppy and it’s obvious the tech just wanted to get it done and didn’t care about quality. My toe was cut so deep it bled, I still have hangnails on some of my fingers, and I had to ask at least three times to paint another layer over nails since they didn’t look right. I honestly could have done a better job myself for less than $42. Never coming back here again.

Had an 11:00 appointment and the shop was full. The girl behind the front desk is useless. Sitting on her phone doing nothing. Waited for 20 minutes only to be told that I would need to get wait longer even though other customers came in and sat down. I asked the owner what was the point of making appointments and you don’t honor them and she said my appointment was at 10:00! I never talked to her it was a male that booked the appointment. Fool me once shame on you. I used to go there frequently and I will never again.

The location is listed wrong on Google maps. There happens to be two nail salons named tracy nails and tracy’s nail salon I intended to go to Tracy’s nail salon but because they are mixed up on Google maps I made an appointment at tracy nails next to qdoba and as a respectful person I kept my appointment. The spa part of the chair was broken so I didn’t get to foot spa experience and I waited 45 minutes with an appointment. However the lady who did my pedicure took her time and really took care of my feet I tipped her well wanted to make sure I give a fair review. I understand Google is sometimes and it’s the owners responsibility to update their information on their site.

Absolutely terrible! Got a pedi and full set. My acrylic nails didn’t last 30 minuets before they cracked; went in and said I just want my $30 back for the nail. “We can’t give you your money back cause we already did them” where in the salon is there a sign that says so? I didn’t see one. Don’t go to them! If I was able to rip my nails off after just getting them done; they aren’t that good.

I asked for my nail shape to be oval and the lady shaped it crooked oval shapes! Really bad experience, they talk about customers right in your front of you. I am more than sure they were talking stuff about me while doing my nails. Will never go back there ever again!

The chemicals they used on my nails started to peel my skin and began to burn, and ended up cutting me, the nails ended up looking nice but was very painful. Wouldn’t recommend coming here just for your own safety
