I’m from out of town but needed a full set and pedicure for a wedding. The man who did my full set refused to do a design I wanted but didn’t even come up with a compromise on something similar he is capable of doing. I respect that he didn’t take on more than he can handle but I ended up with something I didn’t want since he wouldn’t do any design at all. The polish is lumpy and patchy. The lady doing my pedicure was nice but very fast. Ladies who started their pedicure 20/30 minutes before me were still in the chair when I was done. They just seem to get as many customers done as fast as they can without a care if people are happy. I was never told the price of anything and there was no pice signs. Very unhappy

Well this evening I went to Tracy Nails & got a full set the person who was my manicurist was Monique who sits at table 3. The worst absolutely the worst person customer service rude person you ever want to do anything for you. I should have known better; but I didn’t notice it until I set down & she (Monique) was in the middle of doing my polish that she had an apron on full of skulls…. I immediately began to pray & plead the blood over myself.

Look yall, I’ve been going here for close to 10 years. They usually do great but today I was rushed through and they werent even busy for how ive seen them get in the past. I didn’t get the salt scrub that was supposed to be included, I asked for just a clear coat so he didn’t even have to do color and got charged MORE than I ever have before. 45 min from the time I walked in to me leaving. Pedi and gel manicure no color, just clear. Every other time I’ve been there these same services have taken close to 2 hours. He was very rushed. Then they charge me $65 but the card hold is for $78. Ive literally NEVER had a hold for over the amount here, ever and I’ve used this same card for these same services before. I call and first she blames the credit card machine, then my bank. She explains that the gas station does an increased hold and ignores that I’ve NEVER had that happen at this salon ever. Time to find a new place I guess. If you go, get Lynn. I should have waited for her. She’s great.

I’ve been going there for 20 years now. And this will be my last. I’ve watched amazing nail techs leave year after year. Their service has also gone down tremendously. There are literally two nail techs there that actually know what they are doing and that’s Nancy or Jessica. If you do go there make an appointment with them. Everyone else lacks good training knowledge and overall skill. Customer service there is typical hole in the wall service. Never worth the price even though they are one of the cheapest. I suggest going right across the bridge, to the harbor, or Waldorf. They never keep up with the trends in a timely manner nor do they have the skill to keep up with nail trends. Within the past two years Ive always left with some issue with my service….this time I left with a huge scar on my big toe. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!

I stopped at Tracy Nails to get a pedicure done, on my way back to Virginia from a work meeting. The reviews were great on the site so I took a chance. Hands down the best salon in the area. The tech was nice and great and my feet felt new again and looked great. I was surprised at how many styles and colors they have. It even cost less and looked better, than my salon in VA. Will drive to MD from now on.

This salon is located in a convenient area. The staff is friendly and they do a great job with the services. There’s plenty of options for nails, pedicures, colors, and waxing so that’s a plus. The only issue is the visible attitude that certain staff get when they make a mistake and have to correct it. As an employee it is YOUR JOB to satisfy paying customers no matter the request (in all fairness.) Other than that I’d definitely return and recommend to others.
