I really like how most of the girls do the nails. I haven’t had any complaints in the last 6 months. Maybe the few people who weren’t that good are gone now. Lorena was my go to before, now I go with Jenny, and there’s another girl whose name I don’t know, but they’re all great. Usually as I look around while I’m getting serviced they all seem to do quality work. I’m going with a 4star only because sometimes I feel like their customer service could be better but I also understand they’re busy and tired and distracted. All in all I prefer here than anywhere else.

Critical: QualityThis was my first time visiting this place and I was not positively impressed by the work done and by the service at all. The girls were all nice, gotta admit but the final product was not what I expected. My nails were bumpy and the color was not evenly applied. My pedi with gel looked like I had done it myself. And at the end, when I was ready to leave, I proceeded to the register to pay and nobody got up to help, not even after approaching one of them and telling her I was ready to pay. She just nodded and continued chatting with her client. I waited approximately 10 minutes standing in front of the register with no one helping me out until I had to approach another girl already kind of mad and then they finally paid attention to me. Definitely not going back.
