We were hesitant as we had been going somewhere else for years but once we came to Tracy’s it was clear that we needed to make the switch! They’ve been so accommodating especially since we always come in a small group. They’ve done a great job on both manicures and pedicures. They have a great menu of pedicures and there honestly isn’t one I wouldn’t recommend. This salon sometimes can be super busy so you may need to be prepared to wait. I havent been here in years (bc I moved) It seem updated and atmosphere much more quieter and very zen. I enjoyed the milk and honey pedicure, was relaxing I almost dozed off, the manicure was good, I understand what I asked for was a bit complex, but It turned out very nice. It was busy, but that’s expected when you’re at a good salon. It’s almost been a week and they still look fresh like the first day. Pedicure is lasting as well. Pic is todays

DO NOT COME HERE! I went in for a regular manicure and a princess pedicure with my mom yesterday and the service was terrible. We wanted to get French nails done and had it done on both hands and feet for +$16. Our total came out to be $144. They only put one thin layer of the white nail polish and then a thin clear coat. The nails chipped the same day, it looks like I had it on for a month. When we called them to complain and get a redo, they said it was because it is a regular nail polish, but even a regular nail polish last at least 3-5 days. They refused to let us come in for a redo and even hung up the phone to our faces when we refused to back down.

Got a basic mani Pedi, no color, though I’ve been here before to get polishes. They’re pretty good here. This time hurt a little when my nails were being cut. Very nice staff though.

Very bad service. Picture says it all. I will never go back there and don’t recommend it. They wouldn’t give me a refund. They made my daughter bleed and the nails looked bulky and thick. Then they talked her into getting designs without telling me. My daughter thought there was no extra charge. They are rude and unprofessional.

They have zero integrity. I just left from up there leaving in the midst of them doing my nails. Why? Because The lady was upset because I told her I did not want them to do dip powder because they dip everyone’s fingers in the same dip powder jar. During COVID and monkey pox? Not only that, do you know how unsanitary that is? EVERYONE’S fingers been in the same powder. So she tells me because I want no chip, to switch over there is a $5 fee, I’m like ok no biggie. Then she asked me did the other shop I went to use the brush with the dip powder, I said yes, so she goes “well it’s an extra $10 to remove these nails”…she had already started removing them with the power tool…I was so thrown off. Why are you so upset that I do not want to dip my fingers in the same powder everyone else dipped their fingers in? I paid her for the little she took off my nails and DIPPED…no pun intended ! They fell off. I have been a customer of theirs for over 5 years. They lost me.
