This is the last time me and my mom are going here… Look how bad this is. And not only it looks fat and wonky but one of the workers cut her. We were both unsatisfied with our nails. First and last time going here. I told the lady countless times my tips were crooked and she didn’t fix them. All said was I know and I will fix and shape. It looks the same on the other hand as well. This is not worth $60. I will follow someones advice and go to Golden Nails next time.

Horrible experience, I got black coffin gel acrylics. Peeled the second day of getting them. Came back in to get a refund but they refused to and said we’ll fix ones that are chipped. I said no because why would i I’d it will just peel again? So I got her to accomodatw to giving me a new color after I spent 45$ originally and gave a 15$ tip because I felt generous that day. I got a new color and within two days 3 nails fell off. I did nothing that would have been rough in my nails. While getting my nails done her gel light machine kept turning off. Very bad experience. Don’t go here!

My first time here I came to get a color change, the lady who was assisting me didn’t remove my original color all the way; there was still blue on the sides of my nail. Not going into much detail with my first experience but.. Know it was a terrible color change experience. Now I decided to give them another shot today… the lady took about an hour and a half just to file my nails and they still came out uneven, for some reason she kept having to apply superglue to the acrylic nail for it to stay on.. She kept getting superglue on my finger then she used a tool hurting my cuticles/fingers! I’ve never wanted to take my acrylic nails off so bad. JUST GOT THEM DONE AND ALREADY WANT THEM OFF! Waste of 37$ on top of that their card reader wasn’t working, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because their card reader wouldn’t read my card. I’m so upset and definitely don’t recommend this nail shop, I want a refund! Posted a picture just so you guys can see what results you’ll be getting.

I’m giving them 3 stars because I actually like the way my nails turned out, they were quick and the nails lasted me 3 weeks before I had to get my gel fill (I work at a restaurant so I constantly wash my hands) anyways.. the reason why they’re not getting 5 stars is because I walked in and it wasn’t that busy. I was the only one waiting. 10 mins after I walk in 3 more people come in as well. Ok cool.. a person who walked in after me went to get her nails done BEFORE me (idk if she had an appointment or not but this just angered me) so they had me wait 15 minutes for no reason. When they were finally finished I was next. She asked me what I wanted I tried to explain to her but she just kept talking over me. I told her (I wanted a pink gel powder with glitter and diamonds at the tip) she looked at me in confusion and I showed her a picture. She told me that would be $75. HA. I’ve gone to other nail shops and I have paid $55 for that exact style. I told her no glitter, just the pink gel powder and a clear top coat. $45. She was shaping my nails and I asked them to be a little longer and she said $50 for length. I understand that some nail shops do that but really? That’s just money hungry. She did my nails super quick compared to other salons which I like. And I liked how they turned out (I had to trim them for work unfortunately) but I just felt like they’re too aggressive.. money hungry and disrespectful

Went to get nails taken off and a gel manicure instead. Lady caused me to bleed from trying to force my nail off without soaking them. She also waxed my brows and after I looked at the tools she used and it did not look sanitary. Brows barely a step above than if I tweezed them myself. Gel manicure chipped on the second day. First time customer, last time customer.
