Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could gives these people zero stars I would! It was not super busy when I came in today the wait was not horrible however when it was my turn the tech asked me what I wanted I advised her she started filing my natural nail for prep while speaking to her coworkers I’m their native tongue then just stopped and told me to sit in another chair I said ok nicely thinking we were just moving until she started working on another lady feet! I asked what I’m assuming is the lead tech or owner nicely quietly what was going on why did she leave she of course focused on her client and said she didn’t know how to do the service which I respected honestly the next tech come super rude I was trying to explain to her what I wanted but I was explaining it to her back as if my money doesn’t spend like anyone else’s the few clients that were there saw the obvious disrespect that was being showed towards me and shook their heads in disgust, because they witness me being super patient greeting everyone including the techs upon entering the place as well as when the two techs came to me I just walked out but thankfully right down the street across from Walmart at Annie nails did an amazing job and had the best customer service! The customer service at Annie nails was so good I came in after leaving this disrespectful place only needing a full set the ended up full set the hydration pedicure with gel polish and overlay on toes and eyebrows!
