I didn’t get what I asked for, they are still rude and seem to act like they can’t understand what you want. Then charged me the same as last time and I got less things, and this childish polishing.. My second time trying them figured the first time was just too busy for them. They had about 4 people greeted me as soon as I walked in good start. I didn’t get what I asked for, they are still rude and seem to act like they can’t understand what you want. Then charged me the same as last time and I got less things, and this childish polishing.. Even charged $33 for long nails I didn’t think my nails was long.

My whole family literally comes here all the time the service is good, the atmosphere is pleasing, they are so nice and sweet. Right now my favorite nail tech is Mimi( her work is in the pictures) I have them on as I’m typing this and it’s going on 4 weeks & they still look good. I’m coming back tomorrow actually for a full service. Ryan, Sunny, TeTe, Lin, Lele, are also great nail techs. It’s another guy there I forgot his name but he is so funny and I love his energy he has been there for some months now but they all are good I’ve had a full acrylic set from all them & I was satisfied. I LOVE TRACYS NAILS! I’ve been coming here since 2012 and I still come. My whole family literally comes here all the time the service is good, the atmosphere is pleasing, they are so nice and sweet. Right now my favorite nail tech is Mimi( her work is in the pictures) I have them on as I’m typing this and it’s going on 4 weeks & they still look good. The worst!!! Lady did my nails in chair 7 can’t do nails my nails look horrible! I came home and soaked them off wasted my money!!! Y’all need to stop messing up peoples nails and stop using people for practice!! If I was the owner I would be ashamed of how some of the techs be doing nails! My nails are wide, bumpy uneven all different shaped and she put on 3 coats of polish!! Please don’t go to this place!! Run save your money!!

The 1st time I went there good job. The 2nd time I had gotten gel nail and it chipped the next day. Went back to get it repaired no problem. Then a couple days later more chipping. So I went back to show Tracy how crappie my gel polish looked. Tracy is the owner of the shop. So she did my nails again. ok I’m out of town my polish is chipping and I had 2 nails popping off. What the hell.

I love Tracy’s nail. It doesn’t have that thick smell of acetone. The people their really put there time and effort in doing nails. Gigi did my nails and I love them. I did have to get them redone because I work with my hands alot and the other lady did them and did a great job and didn’t charge me. I love good quality service! Very professional and clean too.

Most of the time I truly apriciate this places because I go with so Mach pain I came out feeling great it truly helps. The only thing this places disappoints me they don’t speak a word of English not even trying you just sit there they just talk to each other no customer service values at all I don’t know how you a fell but communication is the key to business success I think rather than that it’s all good. I wish there is a requirement for this jobs.
