1 they couldn’t do any design 2 they are alway out of something. I went over for eyelashes and they were out of short, so I said I will come back. I called the next week and the lady said they had some. I get over there a day later and they were out so she said. So then I ask for medium. She says aaa I think we out of them to. So you think? No we out. This place seems like it’s a cover up for something else. It’s usually empty in there. Oh! And the lady has something on her face that she keeps putting red oil on well that was my last time going in there. #Done

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could leave no stars I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Upon entering the salon I was not greeted. The manicurist drilled the gel off my natural nails which caused burning. The paint job was done terribly. My gel polished peeled within a couple minutes after I told the guy that the polish didn’t cure well. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! If I could leave no stars I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Upon entering the salon I was not greeted. The manicurist drilled the gel off my natural nails which caused burning. I gave this location a shot since moving over here but also I asked for my nails to be done like this picture and the pink looks off. I will be reaching out to them for a fix today. I always go to nail max off n wendover road amazing quality for same price! He wore headphones didn’t ask the shape I had to tell him more so they didn’t make me or the last customer wash our hands. I paid for my nails I want them done right I’ll update later today after they fix my nail! Also I work from home so I didn’t do anything for my nail to pop clean off like that. I tipped him and all for doing my nails and I saw the difference in quality I knew my nails were not what I wanted but I thought he tried his best but this is unacceptable. Overall don’t go here!!! this place were extremely terrible. it was unacceptable to see the work they did on my finger nails, First off it was very clumpy second he didn’t even buff it well third they were tilted AND uneven. when he was finished i has to gaslight myself into thinking it looked good. once we were done i wanted a jem she brought it and slammed it infront of me for customer service i hope no one will everrrr make a mistake going here taking the nails off ripped my whole NAIL OFF and left it bleeding I will never come back to this bad and NEVER A DAY IN MY LIFE send a family member or friend there.
