Needed a fill in and new to the area so this was close. Never going back again. Nail tech did not listen, ripped off my acrylics, tearing off and cracking my nail beds. Filed/drilled way too heavy on already sensitive nail beds that she caused and even cut my finger tip with the drill! When washing my hands, I looked at the damage and decided to walk out leaving my nails not painted. I paid $35 for unpainted, cut and bleeding fingers and the next day a nail fell off. Place was filthy and the lady was slow on top of every, it was torture. I get my nails done religiously and this was the absolute worst experience, they lost a potential good customer, hopefully the place across the street is better.

Walked in asked for mani and pedi paid 47$. Horrible job . She ran a big bowl of Luke warm water for my feet. I told her I just wanted a clean pedi. She kept asking what color nail polish. I continued to state just sit down and clean skin around the nail. The mani was the most disappointing thing ever. After she stated go was hands . I started trimming my own nails. She walked past me a few times , then asked before I leave to leave the trimmer . Assuming I would steal the nail trimmer. The women whom where working was older 50 +. I would not suggest this service from them keep your money

This spot is not clean, and my nail tech did dip powder with gel polish on top because they told me that they had the color I wanted in the dip powder the same as the gel polish that I got on my toes, but they didn’t. Needless to say, the gel polish started bubbling and got lumpy the next day. Things really need to be wiped down and sterilized. I’m not going back.

My pedicure was fine. Disgusted by the tools and how they handle it bare handed and I saw them drop tools on the floor and pick it back up and continue to use them without sanitizing them. The lady who did mine was really nice though. As for my lash extensions, it said it was $35 she charged me over $50 for them. She said they’d last up to 3 weeks. I got them last Friday the 12th and they came off today the 18th. A piece came off a few days ago but I was able to put it back. It hasn’t even been a full week and I had to take them all off my eyes bc they kept falling apart. The glue irritated my eyes for days and one of the lashes kept stabbing me in the eye lid. It was painful. I’m highly disappointed. They charged me $120 for my toes and lashes which I find ridiculous. Never going back.

One of the lady’s was rude, the man put whatever color he wanted on my mother and the women who did my nails did a terrible job, kept painting my skin and stead of cleaning it with acetone she kept using her nail.. bad bad bad service I will not come back here for sure Manicure, Pedicure

It’s a chop shop. Nail techs are supposed to open and use new tools per individual. Here they reuse the same tools that was just used on the last customer before me, even down to the nail filer. I wanted to leave but I couldn’t risk having to do my toes on my own today having an event tomorrow. Fruit flies where present during the session, definitely not a sanitized place. I asked for a specific color and the lady said “color too light, ur skin dark, choose another one,number 34”. Honestly looking at my toe nails I might as well have done it by myself, my right toe nail wasn’t filed down as much as the left toes. The lady who collected my payment was nice that’s about it. It’s time to start building more of our own in this area, where nail colors are not too light for your Melanin skin.
