I brought my mother here for her birthday (67) in October. She came all the way from Tennessee for a visit and all she wanted to do was get her nails done. This entire place was so welcoming and exciting and the entire staff was involved with helping her choose the style she wanted and she was laughing and smiling the whole time! I have NEVER seen my momma this happy with a nail salon in my entire life thank you all SO SO MUCH!

I came in for a ship manicure and they gave me exactly what I was asking for. My manicurist also made sure I was happy at every step with I really appreciated. It was priced fairly and had a large color selection. I’ll definitely be back! Manicure

I was a regular customer of Miley who was the former spa owner. The first time I visited after it changed owners they did a beautiful job with my nails. So, I made an appointment to come back. When I show up for my appointment today I was told they were busy and to come back. Needless to say I will not be back. That is not good customer service to tell someone who made an appointment that you are busy and to come back. I’m not on your schedule, you are actually on mine when I make an appointment. If you can’t manage your appointments you may want to let people know before they burn gas to drive over. I will never return as there are plenty of other shops nearby that I’m sure would appreciate my business.

Worst service I’ve ever received. We arrived for our scheduled mani /pedi appointments and no one would help us. Eventually I was asked to put my feet in the cold pedicure water for 48 minutes and still did not receive service. There were 2 flies in the water and it was clearly not switched out from the previous client. We left after an hour of waiting.

We each had a regular spa pedicure which was a great value. Next visit we’ll try the sugar scrub and/or paraffin soak. It was pretty quick, too. Altogether a wonderful experience.
