I used to tan here all the time… For Year’s. So they knew who I was(Mary Ann) well one day I went in to tan I did my 15 mins and I came out n was looking at her clothes and purses(which I have bought from many times and spent hundreds there ) I didn’t see anything I wanted and Maryanne the owner was talking with 2 other customers so I just left… To Be followed Out by Mary Ann and the other 2 customers accusing me of stealing. Well even after she found that I stole nothing just turned around and went back into the store. No apology. N I’m sorry I was wrong. Bad business. Cause I will never ever go back into that establishment for as long as I live and neither will my friends or family. I was so embarrassed and horrified by her accusations and she couldn’t Even have the decentcy to say she was wrong or sorry. I even have several tanning sessions left that she can have. I just hope it was worth my business

Best place in New Castle to Tan hands down! Mary and the girls at the Salon are so helpful, friendly, and will literally remember you by your first name after your first visit! Great prices on lotions, tanning packages, and super cute trendy accessories to pick from every time I’m in there! I am not the plan ahead kind of person, and always get in to Tan within minutes even without an appointment! I happen to be super fair and always end up with a great tan and no terrible burning after following the tanning times/bed suggestions by the staff! The place is super clean, unique atmosphere, and their spray tan is the best – no orangey color, streaks or terrible stench! Definitely THE tanning hotspot in New Castle!
