I’ve been coming to Townsedge for about 7 or 8 years now and I’ve never felt more at home and safe in any other salon than I do here. If you want to know what real home town Farmington feels like, come visit. The laughter and hospitality is never ending. Now I’m not sure how Anna Crippen reviews places but she isn’t accurate unless you consider basic human performance something to critique. We have good days and bad days, good moments and bad moments but they change, they are malleable moments and I think maybe she is judging a bit too harshly. I’ve read her other reviews too and she critiques fast food joints as if she’s expecting 5 star service and quality. That’s just not going to be attainable when these are kids first jobs. Is Anna looking for a certain level of perfection? Maybe? But if you have such high expectations of performance and quality and you are looking for perfection you are bound to be disappointed in many places. I love Townesge and you’ll always get a hug a from me; good days and bad because it’s a place of authenticity!
