Typically a masseuse will go lightly on my back because I have a smaller frame. Once I told her it was ok to add more pressure she went to WORK.She took out the knots from 2020, the knots from pandemic stress, the knots from the former presidency, the knots from my job, the knots from my husband and two kids, the knots from household stress, the knots from my family, the knots from worry, the knots from bad drivers, the knots that had knots….The hot stones also did their job. We added on the foot massage while there and it was something I didn’t know I needed.Town Plaza Foot & Body were accommodating as I needed to change our scheduled appointment twice.It could be a bit quieter, that would be my only suggestion.I judge a massage by how I feel the next day, and I can say that my body feels great, so I rushed to write a review.We’ll definitely be back.They were fantastic.
