I booked an appointment 1 hour and 15 min in advance for 2 pedicures together knowing that this place usually is busy . The time comes and I arrived a little early and the lady greeted me and asked me if I had called and I said yes . The lady told me to take a seat and you would think since I called in advance they would have a open chair for me and my bf but no we sat there waiting for 45 min seeing people finish and other customers and get there pedicures before us and we had booked an appointment. Then when we was about to leave a lady came and was ready for me but no one was available for my bf when I booked it for two. This nail salon is unprofessional and should not book appointments knowing they can not take people . I was very disappointed on how unprofessional this shop was.

FANTASTIC pedicure (my favorite part) and manicure by Eva! She listened and took care of everything I needed! She was friendly, patient, funny and yet professional. Most importantly she took her time! That is something most places lack! I will definitely return and recommend!
