I scheduled appointments for my mom & I to get our hair done. I can say I will never go to Town again after this. We thought we were pretty happy when we left but realized how awful everything was once we got home. My color was horrible. I’ve spent the last 4 days trying to undo every bit of it. It looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist who claims she’s been doing hair for 45 years. When I said I didn’t want red she proceeded to say she’d do red but it will look good. When I said I wanted brown she said oh no you don’t want brown it will age you. The red was maroon that turned black half way down. The highlights were a mess is big chunks. Everything I dreaded to happen with the color happened. I just wanted a nice natural blended color. The stylist that did my mom’s haircut also did horrible. The cut looks nothing like the picture & it’s completely uneven & has clumps of hair in different spots that should’ve been tapered. I didn’t bother to complain because 2 weeks before I had my hair cut there & there was someone unhappy with her color & was asked to leave the salon & never come back so I figured I wouldn’t get anywhere & also don’t trust them to fix the damage. Horrible experience.

The staff are always pleasant and personable . They are busy every time I’ve had a haircut. This salon has a large staff and you may have to try a few different stylist to find the one that works for you. It’s the only reason for the 4 stars . I’ve had two different stylist recently and confident I’ll meet my stylist soon . Regardless who styles your hair i think most will be very pleased .

Critical: Punctuality, QualityWent in for a hair cut. The girl who washed my hair washed the front and sides of my head, did not touch the back. Put conditioner on my entire head and did not rinse it out on the back of my head. Then my stylist was taking a customer at 2:15 when my appt was at 2:00. Critical: QualityMade an appointment to get my daughter’s hair done for homecoming. After waiting 30 minutes I was told it would be another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the man working the counter came to me and said “I know it’s been 5 minutes but it’s going to be longer I need you to please be patient.” Mind you I never complained. I waited for another 30 minutes (total of an hour+) and was told that they had scheduled my daughter with someone who wasn’t on the work schedule for that day. They never tried to fit us in with anyone else and they didn’t apologize except to say, “sorry you’re leaving.” They let us sit there for an hour knowing full well they could not accommodate us.
