Critical: QualityI would give a 5 star rating for the hair cut and style, the hairdresser was very nice. However, I was very disappointed with the glaze & tone. I got a Groupon that included a cut, style and glaze. Upon arriving I realized it wasn’t a true glaze (a glaze literally “glazes” your hair with shine and semiperm color). Rather it was a gloss, so the Groupon was deceiving. But despite that, I agreed to an upcharge of $40 to add color to my hair. I wasn’t going to agree to the $40 but the owner explained that it takes time to apply.After getting my hair rinsed with water, she added the color and it literally took 2 minutes to put in and rinse out (so I was disappointed that the owner lied to me that it takes time…). Then she added the “gloss” which also took 2 minutes and she barely used any product. She didn’t section my hair or comb the product through at all. The color and gloss process was really rushed and sloppy.I still paid and left after mentioning to the owner my disappointment with the color. I would give a 5 star rating for the hair cut and style, the hairdresser was very nice. However, I was very disappointed with the glaze & tone. I got a Groupon that included a cut, style and glaze. Critical: ValueCame in for root touch up for brown hair. Left with carrot red roots and quality of product used to color hair left my hair dry. So disappointed..
