Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been doing my nails with Leslie for many years. She is the best technician. So sweet and gentle on my hands. She is so talented! I do dip powder but she’s great at everything the salon offers. Worth the money and time! The entire staff is friendly, always welcoming and accommodating. You can tell they all get along and try to keep the location peaceful for everyone’s experience. I like the instrumental music they play, and enjoy that there is no tv or loud music or loud gossip/customers on their phones to distract from some much needed mindful meditation. The pedicure was fine. The acrylic however was extremely rushed. The nails looked dull and as if I had got it done two or three weeks ago instead of freshly done. They didn’t dry completely so when I want to go wash my hands at the salon and the paper towel stuck to the nails. Nail paint layers weren’t too even. Keep in mind you’re paying about 70 for mediocre nails that almost look as if the person just began doing nails. Wouldn’t recommend.

$70 for an acrylic set. The shape I wanted was COFFIN, Just so when you look at the photos you can understand why I am upset. Not a single nail matches. I just left in tears, went on my lunch break at work and didn’t have time to have her fix every single nail but not a single nail matches. This is not coffin shape. All different lengths. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Thank you Duc and Leslie for taking me and my daughter last minute. We enjoy the location of the salon in the town center and it’s so serene being in the salon. Everyone is so kind and we are very pleased with our services. We were in and out in less than an hour seemed like it took us longer to find parking. My daughter got a gel manicure and I soaked off dip, cut down and got a beautiful deep red dip powder. My daughter loved the arm and shoulder massage and I loved how gentle Duc was with my very thin and sensitive nail beds.

Never had a problem until recently. My last gel pedicure done by an older male tech who did not appear to know what he was doing. He used a tool to scrape the gel on my toes and was digging into my nail beds. I almost asked him to stop but felt bad. The gel turned out ok, was a bit smudged. My dip manicure, however, has continued to crack and fall off all week. I went in two days ago for my SECOND repair (on index finger) attempted to tip, and the tech, Leslie, was so incredibly rude, I will not return anytime soon. Today my ring finger chipped off and the first repair was my middle finger (since repaired). Maybe they’re going through a staff transition or something.

First time at this salon. Didn’t have appointment and I got right in. Greeted on arrival. Staff encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone (red) and try a totally different color (baby blue). I listened and am so happy with my choice. Pedicure was awesome, and the neck and shoulder rub at the end was unexpected. Very, very nice staff. I will definitely be back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWell, I just got these done today. Lesile is the woman that did this hack job. She didn’t trim down my nail nor clean up my nail beds. Never checked on me as my nails were driving. She made me pay before she painted my nails which made no sense to me. When I asked, the reason was because they could mess up. I didn’t want to get gel and she treated me like a second class citizen. She didnt even put lotion on my very dry hands … don’t recommend going to this placeService: Acrylic nailsWell, I just got these done today. Lesile is the woman that did this hack job. It’s clean and profession, and maybe I used the wrong technician but she was very sloppy with my nails, made me feel bad when I asked for 3 coats of gel, and spoke in Vietnamese to another technian after I asked her to fix my nail since it looked splotchy. I knew she was talking about me because everything was in Vietnamese except for the word “difficult”. I truly was not being difficult. I’m a paying customer who just prefers a style and look to nails. No salon has ever made me feel so uncomfortable and out of place. I just moved here and wanted to find a new place but I will not be going back here. Even after everything I still tipped her well. Nails were subpar, sloppy, she got nail polish all overy skin on my fingers. This has never happened to my prior salon in NJ where I went to. Then she made excuses that my nail was so short, I have lots of skin on that area and it moves. Why don’t you just take the time to fix it and make me feel like I got a good service when I walked out. Instead she took that time to make excuses. When I go to a salon, I want to feel comfortable, happy with my nails, and relaxed. Not upset.

I came to Town Center nails based on a friend who shared a great experience with her Pedicure recently. Unfortunately my experience was not great. They tried to upsell me to the Spa Pedicure which costs $60 and when I declined and asked for the regular, she rushed through and even though I paid for gel, it didn’t last 2 weeks. I also paid for nail dip. The service was not thorough as well and also didn’t last 2 weeks. My husband joined me for a Pedicure and was happy with his service while he paid for the upgrade and upon checking out, our combined total was over $200 (not including tip), and it just wasn’t worth it. It’s great to see reviews of customers who had positive experiences and I truly wish this had been the case for me. It’s just too hard to justify spending so much money for a self care splurge at a place that doesn’t make you feel fantastic during and once you walk out the door. I’ll be returning to my regular salon, Top Nails in Phoenixville.
