If your looking for a local small business to support that provides great haircuts and excellent customer service, look no further than the Town Barber Shop in Germantown. Jun, the owner, is a great barber and very friendly! If you are a new customer, you can show him a picture of what you want and he will match it. I showed him a picture of Anderson Cooper’s haircut and he did a great job! I highly recommend him and his staff.

No attention to detail. The guy cutting the hair was more worried about the customers waiting line than haircut as he was the only one working there. When he started cutting my hair, there was no line. Then two other people showed up, that’s when he started rushing through my haircut without paying any attention to detail, total haircut time 11 minutes. Would not go back there.

I’ve found my new barber. The owner was on duty when I came in and I absolutely loved it. He took his time to make me look perfect. He even used a straight razor for the neckline; what an added surprise that was. I’m definitely going back.

Taking pride in ones work is the first thing that comes to mind about my visit. What an amazing place! It’s clean as anything and the owner is so prideful of his work that he will give you the best haircut ever! Even better, he makes sure you don’t have any loose hairs left on your head before you leave so you leave not itching all over. I’m totally going back again!!!

The owner Joon had me come in as a guest barber and waisted my time. The guy was very rude and racist. I gave Allen an Asian decent haircut and he was very pleased. After the cut, the owner ask him to sit in his chair because he didn’t like the way I cut it. Ends up cutting the guys hair shorter then what he wanted. After all said and done. He said I can only cut my people’s hair and then ask me leave his shop when I approach him on the situation after client left the shop. Never again! He doesn’t even deserves 1 star ⭐️ put had to put something.

Joon seems to be a very experienced barber. I didn’t have any specific style in mind, so he was able to use his judgment to give me a hair style that would best fit me. (I’ve been to too many places where the stylist would simply ask me how long and then mechanically use a hair clipper to raze my hair.) I hate to say this, but only Asian barbers know how to cut Asian hair (most of the time).

got there at 9am last week and waited until 9:25am and finally left. front door amd Google say they open at 9am. They may be a great barber but I will never know because I can’t rely on them to actually be there.
