I was going to this salon and it was going very well, I thought that my stylist was amazing and very friendly. Unfortunately, my stylist had left and NO ONE felt the need to let me know that my long standing appointment was cancelled because she was no longer there. I now have to wait another 3 months to get another appointment because everyone is booked out. My hair desperately needs love and this could’ve been avoided if they didn’t treat their customers like this.

Crying after a hair appointment is nothing new. However for the first time in my life I experienced tears of joy. I have curly hair and never had a hair cut where I feel beautiful and proud to have curly hair. Never thought that was possible. I’m never going anywhere else, I only had one appointment y’all have a customer for life. I had Jessica and I love her. As someone who hasn’t gone to a salon in years due to people ruining my curls and chopping my hair, I am SO thankful I went to Tower of Curls & Beyond. I had an amazing experience with Julia. She was very kind, extremely patient and such a great listener when I told her what I desired out of my appointment. It was wonderful, I will definitely be going back to see Julia! I was very skeptical at first because I am half Dominican so my curls are very different from what I had seen on the site and instagram but they handled my hair perfect and I am so obsessed with the outcome!
