Came in twice with a concern on my arm. Asked to switch Dr.s and said I had to see the same person. That policy should be done away with. IMO Ok. Third visit was a second opinion with a different practice and was they were presented with my concern and pictures I had collected that were also shown the first two times at your office. I’m glad I followed my gut. A biopsy is an easy procedure. Diagnosis pre cancer cells and melanoma runs in my family.

I have always loved this office. My dermatologist was Dr. Galvin and she was wonderful and patient and determined to help. I have a SEVERE case of scalp psoriasis, that developed rapidly and out of the blue in summer 2020, and she worked hard to find a combination of treatments that would help me, as I have an infectious disease and can not take the injectable meds that suppress your immune system. Slowly, but surely, with the combination of oral meds and a topical steroid, my psoriasis started to get better. It did not go all the way away, but the pain and burning was gone and the size of the area and thickness of the plaques was reduced by 65-70%. Such relief. Well, out of the blue, Dr. Galvin has left the practice. They won’t guarantee that any of her patients will even be seen before Spring of 2023, according to their recording, and without ever having met me or seen me or even talked directly to me, the doctor who remains has decided that the treatment plan I was on with Dr. Galvin was NOT right and has refused to give me the topical steroid which changed my life. And we all know what happens when you suddenly STOP a steroid. I did not even know something like this could happen, and I am at a loss as to what to do. It is really heartbreaking to know that I am going to be going backwards after having some relief this last 18 mos.

Fantastic staff. Relatively large facility. Following COVID19 protocols. Dr. Leib wore a mask and face shield. Highly recommend Dr. Lieb. She was friendly, thorough, answered all questions, and took a good amount of time. I was not rushed. Will return without hesitation.
