I received laser hair removal and chemical peel from Shaneka, for both services she explained everything that she would be doing and the reasoning behind it. From my very first visit I felt such a warmth and caring presence from her. You can tell that she actually is very passionate about the service she provides. Very attentive, actually listens and wants to address all your needs and concerns. She has the best customer service and is very professional. Her suite is also very clean, upon arrival offered slippers and sanitation. Every time I walk in it’s a breath a fresh air! I’m a Toucd member for life !

The facilities were welcoming and clean yet didn’t have that sterile doctor’s office feel. The complimentary slippers you are offered upon arrival are super comfy too!Ms.Dalmage who gave me my services won me over by explaining everything each step of the way. I.e. the purpose of each syringe and the level of pain I should expect to receive as she proceeded. She frequently asked me if I was comfortable and was 100% attentive. While she had other client’s waiting I felt like I was the only one there. I would highly recommend this medical in spa to anyone.
