I really had the worst experiment with this salon and Joy herself. They change what they are saying about the price everytime! They don’t have respect for the client. Before the appointment they say something and when you are done with the service they add more! They also say that some supplements like shampoo and conditioner is included but when you are done, they don’t give it to you. They also come late at the appointment. I never go back to this place again. Their behavior with the clients is really offensive.

I just brought a friend in, that had a wig that needed to be washed and blown out. Finding someone that was experienced with a natural hair wig was a challenge. She did an amazing job, was exceptionally professional, and was in a great location. Price was very fair, service exceptional. Would definitely recommend her in a flash and will definitely return to Joy. She was absolutely terrific!
