Impressed on all levels by Roxanne and her studio. Did a Brazilian wax, my first time doing it with the sugaring technique (had never heard of it before) and was blown away by how gentle (and effective!) the method was and Roxanne’s obvious skill. She walks you through the whole thing and helps you breathe at the right moments to make the painful spots a breeze. I really appreciated hearing her knowledge on the practice of sugaring and all of her tips. Service was above and beyond, studio is thoughtfully decorated, plus candies at the beginning and end — really have never had service this good at any day spa. The price is competitive considering all the details that go into the service, even though it was much more than I used to pay for regular waxing. I am a convert to sugaring and Roxanne’s pampering — won’t go anywhere else as long as I’m living in the area. 10/10 !!

RoxC has a true passion for what she does and it reflects on her work. I went in today for my very first facial with her and I left feeling rested and beyond satisfied with my skin! Her facility is very clean and sanitary and gives a relaxing vibe with dimmed lights, a warm facial bed to slip into and soft music in the background. She’s friendly, very easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk through her door. I can’t wait to see what she can do with my skin from now on!

This was the best waxing experience I have ever had! Not only is Roxanne a RN, expert on skin care and has extensive knowledge on how skin works, she is extremely professional. She makes the event comfortable and informative. The office is relaxing and amazing taste in decor. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than a regular wax. The Sugar wax is natural and less painful than a regular wax. She informs you of all products used and what the ingredients are. I would recommend this place anyone that is new to waxing and or trying to find a less painful experience.

Roxc is fantastic at what she does! And sugaring is the only way to go for waxing. I will never again go back to hard wax or any other form. It is less painful and has many other benefits. Her studio is in a great location which is easily accessible and the atmosphere she creates is so relaxing! She really cares about her clients, she is respectful, she is dedicated, she is knowledgeable, and you cannot beat her membership prices! And if you just ask she will do things the way you want them to your standards and satisfaction. Today I went in for my first Brazilian wax (sugaring)! Upon arriving I noticed the place was very clean with a relaxing ambiance. I filled out some paperwork and was then taken to the room to be sugared; the room was also very tidy and relaxing with a couple of complimentary pieces of hard candy to distract me. During the procedure she explained to me everything she would be doing/applying before doing so and made me feel very comfortable during what could definitely be considered a nerve-wracking experience. When she was done with the sugaring, she finished off with a soothing mask and moisturizing balm (I’ve been using the balm to moisturize after exfoliating before the appointment and it is a wonderful product). After checking out and setting up my next appointment, she gave me an exfoliating glove in case I didn’t have one and a brochure with more information like before/after care, other sugaring prices, and FAQs. I highly suggest giving her a go! I won’t go to anyone else lol!
