I’ve been going to this place for years now. I’ve been dealing with pain in my lower back due to sciatica and spinal stenosis. Regular deep tissue massages from Iris are one of the few things that provide actual real relief. I’ve been recommending this place to friends for years. I sure hope they’ve actually been going, if not they’re missing out.

I found Touch online, close to my office, so decided to try it. I was diagnosed sometime back with old muscle trauma in my neck and shoulders, a source of chronic discomfort. I usually seek out physiotherapists when the discomfort is unbearable, but the wait for an appointment was too long. Iris was my deep tissue technician, and she found the trouble spots and worked them over while attending to my entire spine and legs. She clearly was experienced, and her actions felt similar to that of sports physiotherapists I have used in the past. I could feel the loosening while on the table, and by the next morning my range of neck and shoulder muscle motion was normal. Iris checked in with me about my tolerance for pressure, and with consent did the job. I will be going back.

Came here for the first time yesterday and loved it! I got an hour long Swedish massage and the therapist focused on my stresspoints in combination with giving a very relaxing overall massage. I did have some trouble finding the studio at first, it’s on the 6th floor of the office building!
