Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAmazing! Tracey is patient, thorough, listens, cares, and genuinely wants to help make me feel better. Each time I have gone she has asked questions to help target areas in need and has made suggestions of how she thinks it is best to proceed. I am already noticing a big difference in my shoulder that has been bothering me for quite some time, and in general how I feel. I look forward to my appointments with her. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who loves what they do, loves helping people feel better, and is more importantly very good at it.Amazing! Tracey is great, she provided a calm environment, really listened to what I had to say to help pinpoint my pain and problem areas. She expressed genuine care to help me and to help alleviate my pain. Great experience overall, will definitely return for her services.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had serious muscle pain lingering on for 2 years after total hip replacement, probably due to scar tissue and the unbalanced use of sore thigh muscles… After 4 sessions of Myofascial release (which I call “deep massage therapy” because I can remember it more easily), complemented with regular exercise in the swimming pool and neighborhood walks, the recurrent pain subsided completely. Tracey also advised me to use a massage stick if the pain comes back, which I used a number of times. I am now pain free since one year and much appreciate the professionalism of Tracey and her excellent communication skills.I had serious muscle pain lingering on for 2 years after total hip replacement, probably due to scar tissue and the unbalanced use of sore thigh muscles… After 4 sessions of Myofascial release (which I call “deep massage therapy” because …More
