I went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time at this shop. I have had them done for years in Redding and Reno. The owner was very polite. I had had a bad microblading experience and her and I were discussing it. Well I didn’t see what she was doing to my eyebrows till I got home. She added color after she was done, so I couldn’t tell. Alls I wanted was for her to clean up my eyelids and shape a little bit. She literally cut down all the hair on my brows. They are bald. It is so gut wrenching. Now as they are SLOWLY growing in, there are little hairs poking up in every direction. I texted her and went to see her to ask why!?!? Why would you do that to someones eyebrows. She just said it looked beautiful. And offered a stencil and color. Well now instead of my no makeup routine. I have to color on eyebrows. It’s just so hard to look in the mirror. I feel sick. I had long beautiful eyebrows hair. Now it’s so embarrassing. I bought Castro oil and rub it in every night. In the Hope’s the hair will grow back soon
