I feel it’s expensive for the beds she offers. VERY CONTROLLING owner. Poor service and the owner changes the rules depending on her mood. She is definitely not a people person and does not belong in the industry. Quite going there and went somewhere else and spent less money on better beds!

The customer service is not the greatest, I just had a crummy experience with a couple of girls that work there. I do like the manager, but I do not like her rules. I hate that I’m not allowed to choose my own time when I’m tanning. I don’t feel like any of the people that work there are qualified to assess my skin and decide how long I can go tanning. I’m olive toned and I rarely burn. I have never once gone full time in any of their beds. I do not recommend this place at all. Low quality beds and no Versa either.

In the last 30 years that I have been tanning and 10 years of those I owned a tanning salon this is the worst tanning salon that I have ever been to or in. I am a darker skinned person and don’t burn very easy.

Very CONTROLLING!! If I’m paying full price, I should be able to decide how long I tan for. I’ve been tanning for 17years, I know my skin and how long I can handle going in for. I rarely burn but am told by them that “based on my skin tone” I should only go 8 or 9 minutes. Not even caring that I’ve been poolside ALL summer working on my tan. I’m sorry but when I go pay $25 to go into a good bed, I expect to wake up the next day with AT LEAST SOME color. I am done dealing with this place and will be headed down the road to the other place in Hudson. I’m sure I’ll be tan in no time there because “based on my skin tone” I tan rather quick!

Controlling! I never would have bought a package had I known THEY regulate how long you tan, vs how long I want to go! I know my skin – only being allowed to tan for 8 min is ridiculous. While the tanning beds were nice looking – the bulbs were awful and weak – I feel like my skin became more white than tan. I will never return! – Also – as if all this wasn’t awful enough, they ‘lost’ one of my purchased tans, so I couldn’t even finish my paid package – which… in all honestly is FINE – Went elsewhere anyway! Boo! Awful experience.

Overpriced! You pay the same amount no matter if you go for 6min or 15min and their points are expensive. They don’t let you pick the time you go, they decide based on the last time you were in the salon.
