There isn’t enough space here for me to write how much I loved my experience with Sarah at Touch of Life Spa. I felt soothed and relaxed just entering the studio. Sarah was kind and welcoming and clearly wanted to understand the experience I was looking for. While my overall goal was to relax, Sarah found a way to rejuvenate and energize my body and mind like I’ve never experienced through massage before. The only downside is that I can’t go back for that every day! I’m very much looking forward to my next massage with Sarah and would highly recommend the amazing experience to anyone looking for a new massage therapist.

Just had my first massage here, and when I tell you how amazing Sarah was. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. She truly has a passion for what she does and you can feel that in her massage and her. I got my first ever manual lymph drainage massage and it was just a great experience. If you look for an incredible quality massage where you truly feel relaxed and feel better when you leave I highly recommend the Touch of Life Spa, you will not regret you will have wished you went sooner.
