Critical: ProfessionalismI got a birthday massage from Megan.She did a great massage. She really knows what she’s doing. She’s one of those few massage therapist that actually lets you enjoy your massage and not talk to you the entire time. It’s their booking system where there’s an issue. I was charged $125.00 today for “SERVICES” I NEVER received for an appointment, I never made. I work on Wednesdays their system booked me for a Wednesday appointment and charged me for it. I had it on my calendar that the appointment was for Thursday. I explained that to them. They did not care. They charged me anyways. I PAID IT! (I was very much looking forward to that massage on Thursday after working for the last 11 days.)You don’t talk to a real person. You talk to a system with a 1-833# which for all I know, when they sent Messages it was another spam!I NEVER CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT! And they charged me! NEVER CONFIRMED! BUT CHARGED! That’s crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I use a system but I tell my clients to add it to their contacts so there’s no ambiguity. She’s one of those few massage therapist that actually lets you enjoy your massage and not talk to you the entire time. It’s their booking system where there’s an issue.
