I got my first ever wax down there, and a Brazilian at that, so you could imagine how nervous I was but Dawna was so patient and considerate of me, she made sure I was informed of what to do before coming for the wax and what to avoid after the wax. What really made me decide to book an appointment here with her was reading all the other reviews on her customer service and how she does a FANTASTIC job at making you feel welcomed and comfortable! Touch of Grace Spa is most definitely the way to go and if you’re looking for a nudge to book your first appointment, JUST DO IT!!!

This was my first facial with Dawna and I was very happy with my service. Great availability, she was awesome at telling me what was going on during the appointment, the spa is adorable and the knowledge that Dawna has made me feel totally at ease. My skin feels great and she educated me on what I might want in the future to keep looking awesome! I highly suggested booking with her.

Scammers. I bought a Groupon for $75 to get a massage, but they still charged my card the normal price of $115, and told me to just come back and use the Groupon for my next massage. It started with me having to pay a deposit to reserve my spot. After the massage was over, instead of returning the deposit and using my Groupon, they told me they had already completed the transaction with the card I had on file. I emailed them for help saying I didn’t want another massage, (had to follow up after weeks of not hearing anything) and was told to request a refund from Groupon.

charged me an $80 no show fee over a $30 groupon. only uses an incredibly inaccessible app to schedule bookings and only reminds you of appointments via that app once you cannot reschedule or cancel through it. very predatory.

Dawna does my facials, my lashes, my eyebrow wax, and she also has done my daughters lashes. She is very kind and understanding. She is gentle with my skin. She has a very calm demeanor. She did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable ( and I was very needy lol). I recommend her to all my friends and family.

I was happy to get in such short notice for a massage. However, the staff isn’t personable nor too friendly which is important to me when spending my money. My massage was decent.. nothing to really brag about and my massage was cut short five minutes but was still charged for the full time. I’d rate this place as below average. Most likely will not be back. Cool place to go for a massage if desperate.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhile the staff was very nice. The follow up was less than acceptable. The girl who did my powder brow left the company. I was sent an email canceling my follow up appointment. When I called back to see why. I was only given a statement saying “we don’t know where she is”. Within 5 minutes I was able to reach her and she let me know that she had been locked out of her clients info and wasn’t able to reach any of them to let them know. While i did receive a phone call back from the owner of the spa, there was never a “what can we do to it make it better”? Which would have been the appropriate answer rather than excuses of “we just didn’t know how to handle it”. I am now left to find another spa & technician to do my follow up. If you need some pampering and want a deep tissue massage that will change your world, go see Shelba. She can do lighter or heavier (my preference) and their signature 75 min Grace massage is well worth it. Please don’t let the building fool you. Grace is found inside..
