I drove an hour to get to this spa to purchase a 260$ gift certificate for my girlfriend and specifically asked if the salt room was free with the gift certificate like it is advertised. She used the certificate a year later due to life circumstance. Same promotion on website is there right now. They charged her 15$ to use the salt room. I just found out!!! I just read another review where a client had a similar experience. Wow! That’s terrible. I wanted to go for my birthday this year but they ripped her off. She also tipped appropriately for all services. Buyer beware!

I ordered a gift card for a family member for Christmas on Dec. 11. My bank showed the money as being withdrawn from my account, but I had not received the certificate as of Dec. 22, 2017. I called and was told they had no records of when and when certificates were sent, and the last phone certificate was processed on Dec. 8. So they never sent the gift card I ordered and I had to rush out the weekend of Christmas to get a present for that individual. Moreover, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and they had absolutely no way of verifying whether they’d sent my certificate that I paid good money for, and where they sent it. I was very disappointed and will never deal with this spa again.

My first couple of facials from this place were great. But I got a gift certificate for Christmas so I decided to go for the 90 minute facial that lasted only about 45 minutes. I mentioned this and she got defensive saying there is no way it was only that long. I paid attention because my 55 minute one 8 weeks earlier was only 35 minutes. I didn’t say anything about the first one, but for $190 facial, I expect the full 90. Plus I really didn’t see any difference between the 55 minute as far as products or application.
