10/10 would recommend Trish L. (Patricia) to be your next stylist. She has been with me through long hair, balayages, dye backs, medium length with a 90’s wolf cut, to collarbone with curtain bangs, she’s done it all and will be extremely caring to exactly what you want. It took us a few weeks until I was finally brave enough for the bangs and she cut little by little over those weeks until I was ready. I sent a text and she booked me immediately. I love every style we’ve ever done and remain thankful to have met someone that will talk and walk you through the process to make sure you’re getting your dream look.

It wasn’t a terrible experience, however my hair did not come out like I wanted it to, and it was really important to me that it come out good because i was wanting my hair done for my maternity pictures, which I stated. throughout the whole thing I felt my hair stylist was distracted doing other peoples hair in between doing mine and one side isn’t even permed it’s still straight so now I have one side curly like I want and the other straight. My stylist also failed to mention some of the after care needing to be done I had to find out some things from a family member who had gotten a perm recently, usually im okay with my hair not coming out exactly how I want but this is just bad. I feel like I wasted my money and definitely won’t go back.

My daughter had a real challenge with some unfortunate hair coloring choices. We checked out several local salons and while a couple others were willing to attempt to work with her their solutions were either very extreme and would temporarily cause more damage to her hair (gotta get better before it gets worse) and or their prices were exhorbitant. Their methods would include several sessions of high priced treatments. Chris Zapata took one look at my daughter and came up with all manner of possible solutions. She first had her use a good damaged hair shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks, then she did her magic. My daughter didn’t want her hair cut which made Chris’s job even more challenging! With all that Chris did an amazing job and my daughter walked out if the salon feeling beautiful which is something she has not felt in a very long time. Chris put my daughter at ease by messaging her every few days telling her how excited she was to take on the challenge. I highly, highly recommend A Touch Of Europe. All the stylists are talented and very personable!

Patricia is heaven sent! I live in Austin and came into town to visit my mom and Patricia not only fit me in on pretty short notice but she turned around my butchered haircut from a place in Austin. She was so friendly and understanding of what the lady had done vs what I wanted and she made me look, and feel, great! If you’re looking for great hair at a great price by someone who knows what they’re doing and care about it, youve found the place/person in Touch of Europe and Patricia!
