Jess saved my life! I used box die to try and give myself highlights and ended up with huge yellow white spots it was horrendous. I didn’t even want to leave the house but Jess was willing to try and fix it and did such an amazing job of giving me shadow highlights and making the screw up that I did to myself look like it never happened. I happened upon touch of class by accident. I wanted a hair cut, but needed someone to cut my extremely unkept hair who knew what I said when I wanted to thin my hair out. The stylist was a dream come true. Without hesitation my hair was brushed out. Not a easy task. Washed and cut. My experience is ALWAYS fabulous with JESS she’s the best I’ve been going to her for afew years now she actually sits you down talks with you about what you want for your hair and her thoughts if she thinks it might look different this way or that way or….she’s just great!!! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the makeup they sell I haven’t bought any but it’s a makeup wonderland going in there and shampoos and hair tools and EVEN stuff for your dog it’s a new thing by Paul Mitchell and Abby has a display right in front it’s VERY VERY fun!!!! I love it here will probably be going forever!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

I was recommended this salon by a close friend and had high expectations for the service that would be provided to me here. I took a bus from Boston (where I attend college) to VT solely for my appointment here at touch of class. At 10am on the morning of my 10:30am appointment I received a phone call that my appointment was cancelled. I explained that I had taken a bus specifically for this appointment and had tickets to leave this afternoon and they expressed they had no intention of upholding their commitment to me as a client to style my hair this day. Now that I have spent my time and money to travel home specifically for this hair appointment, I am headed home to Boston absolutely appalled by this customer service. I recommend anyone looking for quality service look elsewhere, because you absolutely will not find it here.

I received the best of care for a serious hair emergency. On the day that I called! I had very damaged and unsightly hair from a perm I had received at Downtown Styles in Barre, VT. I had tried to have the issues remedied with the person who had done the original damage, but received no call-backs. I lived with a damaged poodleperm for a coupleof months until I could afford corrective service. ( I owe Bliss Salon in Northfield a great review for sending me here, knowing that it would be the best match). I was pleased with the cleanliness and hospitality and the ability to connect with my stylist, Amy Adams. SHe was able to assess the situation in a diplomatic manner and ledft my hair in better condition, with a good cut, while working over the existing perm I had reveived previously. She went above and beyond. I can finally wear my hair down! If I could give all of the stars, I would!

Touch of Class Salon is the BEST SALON I’ve ever been in! They have everything! Every Paul Mitchell and Bare Mineral product imaginable, plenty of parking (handicap accessible) and great Stylists who stay up to date on all the latest trends. Everyone there is super friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It’s such a wonderful, beautiful and special place! EVERYONE should go there. I highly recommend it!
