Critical: ProfessionalismWorst customer service I’ve experienced. Due to an antiquated computer system, you can’t use the minutes you’ve already paid for as you’d like, so if you want to start at 5 minutes to build a base tan, you lose the other 7 minutes.This was never explained to me upfront. In general, the tanning session packages they offer are also too highly priced. The owner initially knew I wasn’t happy with their system and chased me out the door to tell me they would accommodate my time preferences, but the next time I went in, he was combative and impolite to me, and I simply lost the time I had already paid for. Is the system then “antiquated” or do they simply not care to accommodate their customers? Great rates for monthly tanning packages, beds are always clean and ready to go. I tan in the stand up and 9 minutes is the longest you can tan in it and it’s all you really need. I’ve tanned at several other salons in lay downs and stand ups and my skin has always had a pungent aroma afterwards, that has not happened here! I can go tan and go right into work! I have had the pleasure of interacting with 3 different personal and each were kind and attentive. 5 out of 5 stars
