I bought the Groupon to get eyelash extensions and called to make an appointment. The only lash tech is currently only working weekends and so she had to schedule me 3 weeks out. I get there and she forgot that she had booked me and had another girl coming in at the same time. She asked me if I wouldn’t mind waiting until after the other girl was taken care of. I mean, I scheduled first and was actually in office first, but sure, I didn’t have anything going on that day, so I told her I could wait. She said she would call me when she finished. This was at 1. By 5, I still hadn’t received a phone call. So I called her number – it went straight to voice-mail. I left a message asking if I would still be able to be seen today or not, just let me know. That was Saturday. It is now Monday night and she still has not reached out to me.

Critical: QualityHad permanent makeup redo to cover and extend existing brows – which were bluish gray from the ink being applied too deep into the skin. Sandra guided me to a taupe color and doing powder brows. After a couple of weeks or so, I could see that I now had two tone brows – dark blue gray on the original area, and pink (where the taupe faded) on the upper extension area. Since she only accepts Paypal Friends & Family (same as cash) or cash, I had no recourse.
