Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame in for a gel French manicure as a first time customer and will not be returning.I was not satisfied with the job the man who did my nails. First he had left a noticeably big bump on one of my nails and tried to let me walk out like that. He fixed it until I said something. I wasn’t completely satisfied with job and even tipped them. They had closed the following the day due to the weather. I went back two days after and requested to have my nails painted one color instead or fixed. They said it would be a $25 fee and refused to make it right and basically said I should’ve said something when I initially got my nails done. But couldn’t stay any longer after waiting 30-40 min for someone to be available, which I understand I didn’t have an appointment and was a walk-in. Loved the nails. They Look very natural. They did an awesome job. I went for a pedicure and decided to do my nails. The young man that did them was very gentle and came out a bit long for my taste but overall I liked them a lot.

Today my friend and I came in, first off the lady told my friend to pay before she even did her nails; which surprised me honestly since you should never pay unknowingly without seeing the quality. Even too that the lady hadn’t started on her nails as she asked that. The guy who did mine hadn’t bothered to ask me that. However I had dip on my nails when I walked in and I asked to get them removed and the guy legit took a fake nail and tried to take it off my nails. I had indicated TWICE that it was hurting from what he was doing and no response both times.

I went for my birthday and got a pedicure, full acrylic set, and an eyebrow wax. Well my nails are absolutely awful!! I felt bad saying anything to the lady because I hate hurting peoples feelings. But seriously for the amount that I paid I am horrified. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted and it looks nothing like it. I’d like to come back and have it fixed free of charge other wise I wasted my birthday present to myself and wasted money. One nail is crooked and she fixed it twice!

Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life… this place is disgusting and I got a gel pedicure. They didn’t even use the exfoliating scrub or any sort of massage AT ALL. I would NOT recommend this salon if you are looking for an SNS/Dip Powder manicure or fill. They did not seem familiar with the process or had just started offering dip powder. The color selection was small and the removal of my old dip powder was painful. The man doing my nails seemed very nervous and the end product was bumpy, uneven color, and roughly 5x thicker than any other dip application I’ve ever had. He was aware that I was dissatisfied and had another woman ring me up while he left the building altogether.
