This is my grandmother’s go to spot she put me on to the spot in the lady who did my nails my nose got done and I think a few days later my nails were coming off I would not recommend coming here a lot of people said one of the ladies there just so disrespectful I would not come here to get long acrylic or like any acrylic nails Pedicure, French manicures, Acrylic nails, Nail designs, Polish removal, Nail art, Nail painting

Normally I go to master nails and get my nails done but this was a place that I used to go to years ago and get my nails done. I decided to give them a shot and it was probably the worst shot I wish I had a shot myself before I went there because it was terrible my nails look a mess the customer service was absolutely terrible. I got gel nail polish and my nails it literally a week later the nail polish is coming up off of my nails that shouldn’t happen. When I went to master Nails my nail polish doesn’t even come up for at least two months I can go with having my nails and it won’t come up until I go back to them and they take it off themselves. I would not go back to this place ever again you couldn’t even pay me to go there because it was that terrible. If I could give them negative Stars I would but it just so happens that the lowest I can give is 1 *. I would suggest anybody who has any intention of getting their nails done and having them look nice and Lasting for a long time do not go into the shop.

I went in yesterday 2/27/18 for a full set and eyebrows. My eyebrows came out beautiful but as far as my nails the nail tech didnt listen to a word i said and just did her own thing. Totally ignored what i wanted and became highly pissed when i pointed out a few mistakes she had made amd asked politely to fix it seeing as im the one paying and deserve to have nice nails. Oh boy was she pissed. If you cant give the customer what they want you need to start hiring new techs. Not happy
